Lathe operator — Kasaragod District

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lathe operator in Kasaragod District, State of Kerala. The job is in a packaging factory. On a typical shift you will load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; set up and start the machine as per the job card; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges. Ideally you have knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety; able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings; able to stand for long hours on the shop floor. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₹25,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
