The role involves carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; follow the work instruction sheet for each station; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away. You should bring comfortable meeting hourly production targets; good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts; basic understanding of quality checks and 5S.
