Press setter operator — Mulugu

Immediate opening: we are hiring a press setter operator in Mulugu, State of Telangana. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts Ideally you have willing to work rotating day and night shifts; basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Contact us to fix an interview.
