Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Vijayanagar, State of Karnataka. You will work at a wholesale meat market. The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
