Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Ganganagar, State of Rajasthan. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. We are looking for willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts; ability to work fast under pressure during peak service. On a typical shift you will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table.
