Your main tasks: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Ideally you have ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts; prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel; clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner.
