Urgent requirement: window glazier (State of Karnataka)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a window glazier in Bangalore Urban, State of Karnataka. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings You will clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
