Vacancy available: kitchen cook (State of Kerala)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Kottayam, State of Kerala. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₹24,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
