Day-to-day duties: • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust You should bring confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing; keen attention to detail and a steady hand.
