Vacancy available: we are hiring a halal butcher in Chamba, State of Himachal Pradesh. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Your main tasks: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
