Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Narmada, State of Gujarat. You will work in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 6+ years on the tools preferred.
