Offshore rigger • Kollam, State of Kerala

Immediate opening: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Kollam, State of Kerala. On a typical shift you will tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. You should bring valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket; ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams; sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around ₹13,500 per month, based on your experience.
