Now hiring: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Bharatpur, State of Rajasthan. Day-to-day duties: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₹38,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
