Great opportunity: kitchen steward (State of Jammu and Kashmir)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Jammu, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You will work in a catering unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Your main tasks: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Pay around ₹850 per day, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
