Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing The role involves segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line.
