Bread baker — Dhule

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Dhule, State of Maharashtra. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards We are looking for knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
