Canteen cook wanted in Barnala

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Barnala, State of Punjab. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
