Vacancy available: scullery hand (Uttar Pradesh)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Kheri, Uttar Pradesh. Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. You should bring basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates. Full-time with occasional weekends.
