Join our team: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Noklak, State of Nagaland. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. The role involves read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
