Steel fixer — Thiruvananthapuram

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel fixer in Thiruvananthapuram, State of Kerala. On the job you will handle: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings We are looking for valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves); physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling; aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Share your details and we will call you back.
