Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welder in Udhampur, State of Jammu and Kashmir. What we are looking for: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work The role involves select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool. Six days a week, one day off. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. We offer ₹37,500 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
