Vacancy available: grill cook (West Bengal)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal. You should bring familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; able to read and follow recipes and dockets. On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Rotating shifts.
