Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in East Siang, State of Arunachal Pradesh. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You should bring strong knife skills and speed on the line; willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays. You will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
