Catering cook wanted in Haveri

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Haveri, State of Karnataka. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Ideally you have sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards; 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen. Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹35,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
