Powder coater — Niwari

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Niwari, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Your main tasks: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun 1+ years on the tools preferred.
