Hydraulic press operator — Valsad

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Valsad, State of Gujarat. You will work at a white goods manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses Ideally you have basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses; physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg.
