Kitchen steward — Lohit District

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Lohit District, State of Arunachal Pradesh. We are looking for punctual, reliable and hard-working; able to stand on your feet for long shifts; previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred. On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
