Safety officer wanted in Jorhat

Join our team: we are hiring a safety officer in Jorhat, Assam. Day-to-day duties: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements Ideally you have valid first aid and basic firefighting training; physically fit for full-site inspections on foot; clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions.
