Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Pune Division, State of Maharashtra. The job is at a cake shop. The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Meals and transport allowance provided.
