Kitchen porter — Jalpaiguri

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. You will be based in a catering unit. You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
