Urgent requirement: oven operator (State of Gujarat)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Bhavnagar, State of Gujarat. Your main tasks: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls You should bring understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; accurate at weighing and following recipes.
