Confectioner wanted in Ambala

Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Ambala, State of Haryana. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. We are looking for able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; food handler / hygiene certificate. Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand 6+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
