Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Kurukshetra, State of Haryana. Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
