You should have: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain On a typical shift you will stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₹200 per hour, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
