Deboner — Jhajjar

Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Jhajjar, State of Haryana. You will work at a wholesale meat market. The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; season and marinate meat on request; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry ₹29,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
