Grill cook wanted in Longleng

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Longleng, State of Nagaland. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Ideally you have able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
