The role involves: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting Ideal candidate: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling 1+ years on the tools preferred.
