Prep cook — Sakti

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Sakti, State of Chhattisgarh. On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Six days a week, one day off.
