Coating plant operator — Nuh

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Nuh, State of Haryana. On the job you will handle: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
