Great opportunity: we are hiring a tile installer in Surat, State of Gujarat. Your main tasks: • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling Requirements: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes We offer ₹750 per day plus benefits.
