Immediate opening: café server (State of Tamil Nadu)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a café server in Krishnagiri, State of Tamil Nadu. You will be based in a café. Day to day you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Overtime paid at a premium rate.
