Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Samba, State of Jammu and Kashmir. You should bring food hygiene / HACCP certificate; 2+ years experience working as a butcher. The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
