Dish pit attendant • Tirunelveli Kattabo, State of Tamil Nadu

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Tirunelveli Kattabo, State of Tamil Nadu. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Pay around ₹12,000 per month, based on your experience.
