Immediate opening: reinforcement fitter (State of Jammu and Kashmir)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Reasi, State of Jammu and Kashmir. We are looking for able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; comfortable working at height and in deep excavations; willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates. The role involves: • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
