Bread and bun maker wanted in Ranchi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Ranchi, State of Jharkhand. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Ideally you have 2+ years' experience as a baker; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
