Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Una, State of Himachal Pradesh. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideally you have basic cake decorating and piping skills; food handler / hygiene certificate; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
