Short order cook — Bankura

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Bankura, West Bengal. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideally you have willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
