What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Rotating shifts. ₹30,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
