Dish pit attendant wanted in Vadodara

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Vadodara, State of Gujarat. You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Overtime paid at a premium rate.
