We are recruiting: we are hiring a power press operator in Kolar, State of Karnataka. The job is at a busy press shop. The role involves feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses. Requirements: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
